Beauty changes things. Whether in an energetic space where community and creativity converge or in a peaceful refuge from the hurried pace of the world, the beauty in the space around us impacts us - it inspires us - it shapes us.
In my own life, I have experienced the transformational power of beauty. Living in the U.S. and abroad I have witnessed beautiful spaces bringing diverse people and cultures together and serving as places to share ideas, to build relationships, to restore brokenness, to undertake “daily life” and to join in life’s great celebrations. I want to share that gift of transformational beauty with others.
Stephanie Golden Pinney is the founder of and principal designer at Golden Pinney Lane Interiors. Stephaine has worked on over 50 residential interior projects with clients, locally, nationally, and internationally and has studied interior design at the New York Institute of Art & Design.
Through getting to know people – their interests and passions, their desires and needs – Stephanie uncovers and helps shape a vision for residential interior spaces. She melds varied styles and personalities to exude warm elegance or exhibit refreshing simplicity. From a chic flat in Malta or Medellin to an elegant library design or a new home in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Stephanie strives to create beautiful, functional spaces that rouse life and cultivate purpose. “That is what moves me.”
